We have tested the problem you mentioned and did not find the statement as you said. Our product is compatible with Windows 7, 2000, XP, Vista. 32/64bit version.
Based on millions feedbacks of our users, GU can work well. It is safe and stable. Maybe it is related to your personal PC settings. For your computer security, we highly recommend you that acomplete anti-virus scan of your PC is quite necessary.
And then, please try to uninstall it. After uninstalling the current version on your pc, please make sure the folder"C:\Program Files\Glary Utilities" is deleted.
You may need to restart the computer. Then download and install a new copy of our program (not the previous one saved on your pc). That may solve this problem.
